New updates and nerfs, player is now mostly blind

Bug Fixes:

- Now you don't take damage if you hit enemies with the bullet

Nerfs:

- Player is slower;

- Bullet is less powerful;

- Higher Xp for a level;

Changes:

- Added Darkness, now you can just see where your flashlight is pointed at;

- Made bullet home to you forever;

- Added Background;

- Max level is increased;

- Xp orbs glow and when enemies die they glow;
